has criticised Marvel for a lack of People of Colour, especially Black
People, working behind the camera.

I don't think that'll be much of a surprise to most people. But it's not good
enough.
Productions are usually more diverse in front of the camera than behind it,
because they often value the appearance of diversity over the
actuality of diversity.
...and Marvel have only relatively recently started to become more diverse
in front of the camera.
I love Marvel, but they need to do better.
The Book Riot team have

Not surprised that Marvel has a lack of POC behind the camera. When they put POC in front of the camera it's almost like they're filling a quota. Little do they know that diversity means as much behind the scenes as well.
